EAI
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) refers to a composite software technology and services framework that enables data sharing between various applications within and external to an organisation. The core component that facilitates data communication amongst the various applications is the middleware layer, which eliminates the need of application-to-application (A2A or point-to-point) communications and promotes re-use of common information objects.
Solution Architecture
Solution Architecture (SA) is central to Acqumen's drive for Organisation Performance Excellence. With SA, organisations can identify and exploit opportunities for business improvement, as well as alignment and misalignment of business processes to organisational strategy. SA initiatives guided by organisational strategy, improve effectiveness and efficiency of an organisation, irrespective of whether the consideration is business objectives, goals or policy.
Information Governance
With the realities of Big Data, the focus on data quality is not only about good governance. Given the nature of the ever-changing and more stringent regulatory and compliance environment upon various organisations, addressing data quality becomes in itself good business. Acqumen approaches data quality from a data architecture point of view based on best practice TOGAF and Zachman frameworks. This allows for a concerted view in dealing with data management, data migration, as well as data governance for an enterprise-wide data consistency and transformation. With the adoption of data quality tools and practices, the end result is trusted information.
Process
Acqumenâs Business Process Modelling and Re-engineering (BPM&R) offering is concerned primarily with defining the consistent execution of work from the high-level value chain through to granular task execution. Secondly, BPM&R addresses process optimisation and assurance activities for the optimisation of work.
Change Management
Acqumen provides CM specialists that facilitate the organisationâs transition towards its desired state of productivity, adaptability, and effectiveness. This transition can be informed by a number of change drivers ranging from the organisationâs internal and external environment, change in strategic direction, competition, or technological advances amongst others. Our CM specialists help identify the key attitudes, behaviours, values, strategies, procedures, and structures that are influential to the success of the change process.
Project & Program Management
Project and Program Management (PPM) is concerned primarily with the completion of projects within agreed time, budget, as well as scope and quality parameters (also referred to as the triple constraint). PPM normally refers to structured interventions that are undertaken as part of a change process to work towards desired organisational objectives. These interventions can be at various levels of complexity at both project and more so at program level.
